About Aged & Cured
Aged & Cured is a woman-owned business born out of sheer love for charcuterie, wine and entertaining. Daughter of a woman who exuded southern hospitality through and through, Tamara spent the first half of her life understanding what hospitality and entertaining meant to her.
After 25 years of small gatherings, dinner parties, and hosting guests from near and far. An avid gardener, cook, and entertainer, she always took pleasure in creating the tablescapes with greenery from her garden, arranging elaborate spreads, and creating special experiences for her guests…but you can only host so many parties! She quickly realized she could create these experiences for others without them having to lift a finger.
Each order is presented on our handmade artisan boards (made by her husband Don) and all of the featured cured meats and cheeses are sourced from North American vendors. Aged & Cured strives to purchase from local sources whenever possible.
The charcuterie boards are delivered and artfully arranged using seasonal botanicals, greenery, and other edible treats which all come together to create the perfect centerpiece for your next party or gathering. Generous portions ensure that each order provides for ample appetizers or even a full meal!
